If you’ve already tried multiple diets and you really don’t want to give up any longer with a different diet, BMFITT is the place to be. You lose weight by exercising nice and hard and without really dieting. The focus is on consuming the three macros (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) in a good balance. I have been struggling with the weight since I was twelve and I have already tried several things. Once started with a book by Sonja Bakker and then had them all, tried Weight Watchers and to top it all off, tried a low-carbohydrate diet with the use of smartbars etc. To be honest, it worked, but the other side of the story is that as soon as I stopped I fell back into old ‘habits’ and in no time I was back exactly to my old weight. Not to mention that while dieting, I felt guilty about eating chocolate or chips. Now that I have registered with BMFITT I can eat anything I want as long as I make sure my macros are in balance. In the beginning I found it very difficult, but thanks to the good guidance I quickly figured out what was in it and how I can best fill my day in terms of nutrition. The accompanying app is also ideal, you enter what you have eaten and the app tells you exactly how many grams of carbohydrates, proteins and fats it contains. Furthermore, sports always take place in a separate room and it is nice and heavy, but there is also time for a nice chat while exercising. And the most important thing (for me) is that you can just eat whatever you want, if you have a birthday you can just say yes to a piece of cake as long as you take into account the days around it that there is a chance that you will have a going to eat cake. Ultimately, it is not about dieting, but about changing and thinking better about your lifestyle and without really leaving things alone, I have already lost 14 kilos in six months.
