My name is Silvana Joghi, Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach.
My mission is to help as many people as possible to a fit, healthy & happy life. Be happy with yourself and feel good about yourself. Isn’t that a wonderful feeling ?! A correct balance between exercise, nutrition and lifestyle are the 3 pillars. Personal attention and a training plan that matches your goals, wishes and possibilities are central to this. Not to mention; with the necessary dose of humor.
In 2007 I got into a gym for the first time. I wanted to be fit and healthy. After the necessary beginner mistakes, I became curious how I could achieve results. The deepening into the matter began. There was so much information available, but unfortunately also a lot of fables. In addition, I worked full-time as a pedagogical employee at a residential group for (problem) young people. Here I was also busy with coaching, this felt like second nature to me. Interest in fitness / lifestyle has meanwhile increased. I kept learning, both in practice and in theory. I did everything with 100% commitment and passion. My first personal “fitness competition experience” followed, as well as the necessary training. My partner has been working as a successful Personal Trainer for some time, which motivated me enormously.
What I love about Personal Training is that it gives me enormous satisfaction to be able to help someone towards a healthy & happy life.
