About Nutritional coaching

BMFITT offers help without radically changing your diet.

A gradual adjustment of your nutritional habits offers the greatest chance of success. More about our method: we do not use pills, meal replacements or other aids that promote the yo-yo effect. We also do not choose to, for example, delete all carbohydrates or proteins from the menu. This cannot be sustained in the long run. Together we draw up a pattern that suits you and your lifestyle. Plus all the vitamins, minerals, proteins, sugars and fats it contains that the body needs to function optimally.

The basis remains the same, so everyone in the family can eat along. You do not have to cook differently or separately or more expensive. You learn step by step to make healthier choices and to eat better. Before you know it, it’s a habit, a new pattern that you can keep up relatively easily and quickly without my help.

Personal advice tailored to the long term

Step 1: Free Pre-intake:

The pre-intake is your first step towards an improved lifestyle. This takes a maximum of 20 minutes. The pre-intake is intended, among other things, to get acquainted with my working method, to discuss what the request for help is, what I can do for you, expectations and what needs to be done to achieve the goal. After the pre-intake, it can be decided whether we will start the process. Then we make an appointment together for extensive nutritional advice and guidance. After the pre-intake you have to keep track of your nutrition for the intake for 3-5 days.

Step 2: Intake:

The next step is the intake. 60 minutes are allocated for this. During this intake interview, we will discuss, among other things, expectations, goal, medical history, lifestyle and diet and exercise habits. It is therefore also important that you keep a detailed nutrition and exercise diary prior to the intake. Your body composition will also be measured during the intake. Based on the above, a treatment plan is discussed.

Step 3: Follow-up consultations:

During the follow-up consultations, the treatment plan is discussed and your progress is monitored. There it is discussed how it goes and what extra attention is given. In addition, new goals can also be set or adjusted. Finally, measurements will also take place to monitor progress. Follow-up consultations last a maximum of 30 minutes.

The guidance provided by the BMFITT weight consultant is reimbursed by an increasing number of health insurers from additional insurance policies. You can find the conditions on your own policy.
