My name is Silvana Joghi, Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach. My mission is to help as many people as possible to a fit, healthy & happy life.

Being happy with yourself, feeling good about yourself, isn’t that a wonderful feeling ?! A correct balance between exercise, nutrition and lifestyle are the 3 pillars in this. Personal attention and a training plan that matches your goals, wishes and possibilities are central to this. Not to mention; necessary dose of humor.

In 2007 I entered a gym for the first time; i wanted to be fit and healthy. After the necessary beginner mistakes, I became curious how I could achieve results. The deepening into the matter began. There was so much information available, both facts and unfortunately many fables. In addition, I worked full-time as a pedagogical employee in a residential group for (problem) young people.

Here I was also busy with coaching, this felt like second nature to me. Interest in fitness / lifestyle increased in the meantime, I continued to learn, both in practice and in theory. I did everything with 100% commitment and passion. My first personal fitness competition experience followed, as well as the necessary training. Hereby my partner who had been working as a successful Personal Trainer for some time, which motivated me enormously.

What I love about Personal Training is that it gives me enormous satisfaction to be able to help someone towards a Healthy & Happy life.

My name is Michella Gühnen, I started kickboxing at a young age, I enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately, I stopped due to exercise-induced asthma. This did bring me to another great sport; fitness / strength sports. After discovering that there were many myths circulating about training / nutrition, I decided to follow Personal Training courses. I managed to achieve my personal goals and I thought it would be great to help others with this. It turned out to be my calling, what followed was competition experience and making my passion my profession. I now give full-time Personal Training with a big smile.

Due to my energetic way of Personal Training and humor, clients experience training as a positive thing. No endless cardio sessions or blindly following all kinds of crazy diet trends you have read about. No longer reluctantly going to the gym, but working towards your goal with pleasure. I think it’s very important to have fun but also having fun! My goal is to make you stronger both mentally and physically, and to make sure that you keep going. You can work with me 1 on 1, but also in the form of a duo training in which you train with two people. For example, I have a mother / son, girlfriends, brother / sister and couple who receive duo training.

My name is Robert van den IJssel. In 2012 I decided to turn my passion for nutrition and sports into my profession and I started the dietetics course. After gaining (competition) experience in the following disciplines of fitness: bodybuilding, powerlifting and crossfit. And by obtaining several degrees I have decided to share this knowledge with others and help them to a healthier life. Helping people achieve their goals and working together towards a healthier lifestyle is what I love most about this profession.

I have always read research about nutrition and sports since I started exercising myself. Evidence-based working is the fastest and smartest way to achieve your goals.

Our coaching and guidance is based on professional and fully qualified trainers. The basic principle of all our programs is a personal approach with professional guidance, where the Big five is central in training. The Big Five consists of;
